Job Description:

The Quality Control Specialist manages the day-to-day activities of the Quality Control department:

– Maintains a safe work environment and promotes safe work practices
– Communicate company policies/procedures to the QC technicians and adhere to them
– Creates and fosters a culture of Quality at all levels throughout the organization
– Directly trains and supervises Quality Control technicians, ensuring certifications are current
– Maintains good standing with all external auditing agencies
– Organizes and maintains all office records and forms in good order (both electronic and hard copies)
– Ensures Quality System Manual is always current and updated to the latest standards
– Performs all required materials testing as established by the Quality System Manual meet or exceed customer expectations and mandated standards
– Communicates with outside agencies & inspectors for all quality matters.
– Maintains good relationships and timeliness in filing required reports
– Uses Standard Work and Standard Work auditing to ensure Quality Programs are maintained continuously advanced

Qualification:

– 4 Year Degree
– Minimum 3 years of Quality Control experiences
– Knowledge of ERP
– Authorized to work in the U.S.
– Bilingual – Korean
