Job Title: Bilingual Korean Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate activities with the production staff and assist with improving the efficiency of the production operation
– Manage production of rubber/plastic injection parts for washing machines and automotive parts
– Plan and coordinate activities to meet production schedule and ensure products are in compliance with all applicable – specifications and modifications
– Communication tasks required for the production activities, such as manufacturing and production management of rubber and plastics, establishing production plans, worker management, onsite management based on 3S 5S system
– Maintain high productivity and cost-effectiveness through proper scheduling of production, manpower, downtime for sanitation and maintenance
– Responsible for health and safety of the department to establish a safe working culture
– Establish and manage inventory control management that will monitor and maintain materials; perform cycle counts, perform inventory reconciliation during inventory discrepancy and staging of raw materials, consumables, and supplies
– Monitor production process
– Daily review and analysis of production data

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree
– Bilingual in Korean and English required
– Effective interpersonal skills with a management team, employees and business partners in a competent, productive manner
– Proficient computer skills in MS office

Compensation & Benefits:

– $40,000 – $45,000 per year
