Salary: $45,000/yr

Responsibilities:
– Support month-end and year-end close process
– Develop and document business processes, create, maintain, and improve financial and administrative processes as needed
– Receive and enter accounts payable and billing information (AR), as requested
– Process, mail and track invoices and payments
– Prepare and perform annual inventory audit
– Preparing and Managing weekly and monthly accounts payable checks and reports.
– Providing support in the preparation of monthly invoicing for all departments.

Requirements:
– Bilingual in Korean and English
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting
– 1 year of accounting experience preferred
– Visa sponsorship available
