    The Aftermarket Part Coordinator is responsible for parts operations to optimize department processes and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, growing parts sales profitability, and effectively engaging with department personnel.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Quotations for parts sales from parent company in Korea
    Parts inventory management
    Warranty & non-warranty parts manage & support
    Dealer & client claim handling and RMA management
    Coordination of parts receiving, warehousing, and safety enforcement
    Logistic management- UPS, FedEx, DHL
    Support for month end closing for profitability reports
    Maintain system – WMS
    Report parts order to HQ for safety stock
    Maintain warehouse equipment and supplies
    Supervise parts team and temporary warehouse workers as needed

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Physically Conduct periodic and annual inventory of all parts in stock
    Establish and maintain communications with Korea factory to provide correct information to dealers

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Must be a high school graduate
    Bachelor’s degree preferred

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

    Three to five years’ parts or supply chain, logistics & inventory control experience, preferred
    Experience of machine tool parts or SAP is a plus
    Basic skill of MS office (words, excel, power point)

    Must be fluent Korean speaker with English proficiency
