TITLE: BOM Analyst
DEPARTMENT: MP&L
SUPERVISOR: MP&L ASSIST. SUPERVISOR

SUMMARY OF FUNCTION
Responsible for BOM management – includes the creation and maintenance
of the BOMs as well as the management of the necessary functions that other
departments perform to support. The needs of the company may require individuals to
perform other functions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for Management of BOM
2. Responsible for Controlling Structure of BOM
3. Work with all contacts outside of plant involved in BOM processes
4. Conduct bi-monthly BOM review meeting to ensure communication of all BOM related events
5. Reporting related to inventory or BOM events
6. Balance out and post processing data
7. Assist in cycle counting process
8. Understanding of Warehouse Management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word & other related computer software
2. Understanding of SAP
3. Strong Mathematical skills
4. Strong Communication skills
5. High School Diploma required
