• Job title: Sr Accountant

• Duties:
As a Sr. accountant, you will be preparing and filing of individual, corporate, partnership, and non-profit returns. You also need supervising Jr accountant and bookkeeper. You will be communicating with clients and answer their questions over email, phone or in meetings, and discuss specific tax situations with the Managing Director.

• Required skills and experience:
• Accounting Degree or at least 3 years of related experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Drake
• Tax preparation experience a must. Business tax a huge plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently to drive multiple projects to completion
• Ability to meet strict time and budget guidelines for each client
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English, spoken and written, is a must. Other languages a plus: Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and/or Korean
• Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Experience of working in a paperless office a plus.
• CPA or CPA Candidate a plus

• Hours of work: Full or part time, with the possibility of overtime during tax season
• Days and time: Based upon applicant availability,
• Starting date: As soon as possible
• Pay: DOE; You will be compensated based on chargeable rate, the billings of the clients that you manage, and your ability to complete the work on time and budget according to each client’s contract.
