    Work Hours
    – Mon-Thu: 9am – 6pm
    – Fri: 8am – 5pm

    Salary: $41,000 (DOE)

    Responsibilities:
    – Under general direction, responds to inbound sales calls/customer telephone or e-mailed inquiries concerning all company
    products, processing services, pricing and delivery options
    – Documents customer orders in an accurate and timely manner and provides information as necessary to other
    departments/individuals within the organization to ensure high-quality customer service
    – Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
    – Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations
    to management
    – Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
    – Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules,
    merchandising techniques, etc
    – Visits customer locations as necessary to maintain effective working relationships
    – Arranges and manages production orders, inventories, updates, logistics in a manner to bring margins
    – Be responsible for Account Payables and Account Receivables
    – Provides customer with necessary technical assistance regarding product specifications
    – Provides administrative support for the sales team and other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements:
    – Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or closely related field is preferred
    – 0-1 years in customer service, outside sales, and/or inside sales is preferred
    – Proficiency in a Windows operating environment
    – Can-Do and positive attitude, organization skills, exemplary attendance and reliable team member
    – Bilingual in Korean is a plus
