JOB TITLE: Restaurant Manager
REPORTS TO: Multi-unit Manager
DEPARTMENT: Bibigo Restaurant
Job Type: Full Time
FLSA Status: Non Exempt
LOCATION: Los Angeles County

Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Responsible for P&L and create efficient strategies to achieve sales goal and stay within the budget
• Responsible for the hiring process and employee training
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitized facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; comply with health and legal regulations; maintain security systems.
• Create a good relationships with customers/vendors
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Associate’s degree with 4+ yrs or experience
• High School diploma/GED with 6+ yrs of experience(QSR restaurant preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. up to waist
• Must have previous P&L experience
