ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•Maintain all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure per manager’s guidance
•Setup network hardware (memory/application installation) components as required
•Install drive formatting/applications
•Provide procurement of inventory and IT related equipment and services
•Network troubleshooting
•Basic Administration
•Ticket Tracking
•Working with Vendor Support
•Respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network
•Communicate with internal customers and HQ IT counterpart

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Korean bilingaul (read/write/speak)
•Some related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Hold valid driver’s license for business trips and running errands
•Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
