    ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE [PART-TIME]
    • Keep track of and verify A/R and A/P and keep the company books up to date.
    • Plan and hold regular financial report meetings with the company’s senior management and accountant
    • Summarize the company’s financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
    • Assist the HR Director in researching, planning, and organizing the activities related to group health, dental, and vision fringe benefits

    Position requirements:
    • At least a University degree in Financial Accounting or other related courses
    • Sufficient accounting work experience, especially in a corporate setting
    • Possess an excellent understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Access and Excel, as well as knowledge of general accounting theories and guidelines

    ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER
    • Develop and pursue engagement opportunities through a growing network of vendor relationships.
    • Participate in the development of a strategic vision of the firm’s growth, including an ongoing prospect list.
    • Research, identify and qualify new leads. Work closely with the leadership to ensure that outreach goals are being met.
    • Translate and amplify Orange Shine’s offerings. Act as an interpreter and representative for Orange Shine, bringing multiple interests and backgrounds to the table and facilitating meaningful conversations between them is key.

    Position requirements:
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Operations & Technology Management, Strategy, and Innovation, or a similar/relevant discipline
    • Familiarity with B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2C (Business-to-Consumer) marketplace, or a holistic understanding of the fashion industry
    • Strong experience in extracting latent pool of customers, e.g., wholesale vendors and buyers

    MARKETING ASSISTANT

    SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING SPECIALIST [EXPERIENCED]
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
    • Identify key SEO KPIs
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and Pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
    • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization

    Position requirements:
    • Proven success in content marketing, content growth, and SEO
    • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing

    SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING SPECIALIST [ENTRY]
    • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
    • Develop and implement link building strategy
    • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
    • Work with the marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

    Position requirements:

    • Create wireframes as well as visual design comps, with the ability to move seamlessly from wireframing to high fidelity mockups, to delivering assets for production, quickly and iteratively
    • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams during all project phases: planning, research, design validation and implementation
    • Participate proactively in the brainstorming, development, and implementation of visual design concepts

    Position requirements:
    • Two or more years of design experience designing for software, mobile or Web application.
    • Portfolio demonstrating experience and skills to accompany resume
    • Background in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, or similar fields
    • Exceptional design skills, production value and a pixel-level attention to detail
    • Professional-level design-software proficiency (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
    • Some understanding of HTML, HTML5, CSS, iOS, Android and the capabilities of web browsers.
