We are an acupuncture clinic in Washington, D.C., who is looking for a part time receptionist. You SHOULD speak English and Korean(not required), and will work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10am to 7pm. You MUST be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities and duties are:
*communicating effectively with all staff members and patients
*answering phones and scheduling appointments among the software, Practicefusion
*data entry including patient demographics and insurance information
*preparing next days appointments and recalls
*opening and closing the clinic including daily report, clear up clinic room, etc
