Total Compensation (Non-exempt)
– $44K + OT + Spot Bonus + End-year Incentive (5~15% of base salary depends on sales volume)

Responsibilities:
Business Planning
– Forecasted annual budget using future sales data, inflation rates, hiring plans, and market conditions, and allocated direct
and indirect burden rates for cost centers
– Utilized Excel to create annual business plans (pro forma financial statements)
AP
– Process payments to ensure payments are made in timely manner information
– Cash flow analysis and forecast
– Closely monitor bank account / Transfer funds / Monitor interest rate to maximize interest income
– Process corporate card expenses and ensure timely monthly payments
– Research and confirm all outstanding AP payment related issues; track payments and update daily bank balance
– Bank reconciliation: accurately match ERP balance with bank balance

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (preferably finance, accounting, or business related majors)
– Bilingual English and Korean
– Authorized to work legally in the states without a visa sponsorship
