1. General Description
Lead Program Cross Functional Team (CFT) and coordinate all program functions and activities

2. Key Roles and Responsibilities
– First point of contact for customer
– Manage overall timing of project and milestones
– Manage overall program budget
– Participate in customer reviews: design/quality/specifications
– Lead Global Cross Functional Teams
– Support or maintain open issue list with customer
– Lead PDT meetings with customer
– Lead internal PDT meetings
– Work with sales to support resolution of cost
– Support cost reduction planning and implementation
– Domestic and International travel as needed
– Other responsibilities as assigned

3. Job Requirements

Work Experience
7-9 years automotive Program Management experience
One full development life cycle experience
***Must have experience with exterior lighting on a vehicle, or plastic/injection molding***

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Fluent in MS Office products
– Excellent internal and customer facilitation and documentation skills
– Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
– Able to manage multiple projects
– Previous product experience a plus
– Must be legally eligible to work in U.S
