Salary:
– Entry: $43K
– Experienced Level: 57K (DOE)

Responsibilities:
– Oversee Investment/Strategy team members workflow by providing regular constructive and continuous feedback for
decision making.
– Participate in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orienting, training, reviewing employee performance, disciplining and
terminating.
– Provide key financial analysis and management reporting by managing various monthly reporting processes, reviewing
data, resolving problems, and presenting data to senior management.
– Oversee ad hoc reporting such as acquisition analyses, cash flow projections, etc. to support management decisions.
– Responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to establish Company’s presence in the intermediary
marketplace; Working to promote investment management capabilities and solutions.
– Drive the successful placements and distribution of investment solutions across industry channels
– Has full relationship responsibility for developing new business, asset retention, increasing flows, expanding product
offerings with existing relationships, and managing client satisfaction.
– Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
– Develop a complete understanding of value proposition which includes market insights, portfolio construction, and lasting
investment solutions.

Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree in Finance or closely related field
– CFA license preferred for experienced level
– Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software, with particular emphasis
on Excel and PowerPoint
