CLIENT Company is a full logistics service provider that has been in business since 2007. It is now assisting global companies who need freight forwarding, warehousing/distribution, drayage/trucking and special project services.
Position: Accounting Manager(full time)
Reports To: CEO
Job Location. Gardena, CA
Salary level: DOE
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and operate of the company accounting & finance operation including daily operation, month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable, receipts & invoice, general ledger, payroll, and utilities, check run
• treasury, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Act as liaison between the company and outside accounting firm or vendors
• Report and communicate with CEO, As a role of company(acting) Controller
• Manage and try to meet financial accounting objectives
Requirements
 5+ years proven working hands-on experience Accounting or finance
 Demonstrable experience with Accounting and finance major matrix
 Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
 Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
 Preferred B.S degree in Accounting or Finance or Certified CPA license
Language Skills

English/Korean Bilingual (Must)
