We are seeking for a qualified accountant.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review journal entries and bank reconciliation
• Process monthly closing and Prepare financial statements
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
• Followed up with yearly accounting audit performed by 3rd party auditor
• Assist with tax audit, tax return and handle IRS notifications
• Monitor AR and AP

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of accounting in a corporate
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax
• Proficient in MS Office
