Duties and Responsibilities
– Proper collection and allocation of sales and shipping documents
– Invoicing clients and processing invoices for sales related costs
– Assist sales team in maintaining new business status reports and updated
– Collect and process orders reviewing accuracy of information; pricing, fees, item, numbers, etc
– Keeping in touch with clients, customs agents, shipping companies, etc. during delivery of client’s orders
– Support of new product launch teams in various assigned roles within the commercial spectrum of project activitiesQualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
– Possess effective communication skills both verbal and written (English & Korean)
– Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customersEmployee Benefits
