Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: La Palma

∙ Plan and execute marketing communications internally and externally as appropriate
∙ Conduct research, make site visit and find resources to help staff make decisions about event possibilities
∙ Research competitive programs by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
∙ Communicate and follow up with a professional copywriter who produces the written content that is combined with visual elements in promotional materials.
∙ Work in conjunction with the Corporate Sales Team to ensure provide support as required assisting inside Sales Supervisor and Sales Representatives with quotes, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials.
∙ Work and help with Graphic Designer and Marketing Associate for social media efforts through posting on firm social media platforms, coordinating insights and blog content
∙ Provide documentation of course attendance verification or certificate of completion at the end of each educational activity, as necessary
∙ Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or directing inquiries
∙ Attend board meetings with directors and council members
∙ Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
∙ Be responsible for ensuring accuracy in information and proofreading
∙ Analyze marketing and communications programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectivenessMinimum Qualifications:
∙ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management or related field
∙ Minimum 2 years experience;
∙ Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∙ Extremely detail-oriented and organized
– Excellent organizational and office skills
∙ Proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, analytical and strong “client service” orientation
∙ Team-oriented approach with the ability to effectively work autonomously
∙ Professional demeanor, able to effectively interact with all levels of the firm
∙ Familiarity with MS Office Suite (including Excel, Access and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress and other website administrative tools experience a plus
