Requirement
Business major is preferred
GPA 3.0 or higher
Analytical ability
Proficient in Excel
Number savvy
Fully bilingual in Korean and English is preferred
Work Authorization in US (No visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities
Responsible for idea generation and research for high yield, distressed debt and special situations equity investing.
Skilled in fundamental, bottom-up research, financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation.
Perform analysis of both pre- and post-petition distressed investment across industries
Strong understanding of distressed and turnaround situations; and experience with the process and the documentation of the bankruptcies and reorganizations.
Maintain the ability to synthesize large amounts of data quickly to formulate buy/sell ideas and relative value recommendations.
Responsible for ongoing analysis and evaluation of fund positions
Operate autonomously while communicating best ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare financial valuations of public and private companies
Analyze corporate debt structures with a focus on distressed debt
Examine bankruptcy plans, disclosure statements, and other key documents
Establish recovery benchmarks for use in claims trading
