Job Summary:
Joynus Staffing Solutions has been growing exponentially since its establishment in 2002, with primary focuses on staffing, recruiting, process outsourcing and HR consulting services, catering to many well-known Fortune 500 listed major brand-name clients.
With our rapid expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist who is willing to learn about many aspects of HR business and its development in our very start-up environment, ultimately becoming a key member and a leader within our daily operation. Responsibilities and Duties may include, but are not limited to
-Maintaining and growing business relationships with clients and customers to ensure and contribute to the overall stability and growth of the company
-Build relationships with candidates and maintain within pipeline
-Craft job descriptions/ads for job postings as needed
-Develop and maintain various marketing strategies to develop and retain candidates and clients (e.g. mass mail campaigns, social media marketing, job fairs, etc.)
-Develop new direct hire accounts nationwide and staffing clients in northern Georgia
-Walk staffing employees through hiring process and application process including troubleshooting
-Maintain/manage candidate, client, and job requisition information within ATS/CRM database (Avionte)Qualifications and Skills
-Bachelor’s degree
-Bilingual in Korean and English
-0-3 years of related experience (Newly Grads are welcomed!)
-Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) and tech savvy
-Strong communication skills (written & oral)
-Quick learner, flexible yet disciplined when neededCompensation
