IT System Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution and provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, and email and other support channels as required.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related to application use, design and configuration.
• Contribute to the body of knowledge by creating and maintaining knowledge base articles and other technical documents.
• Prepare test systems for replication of user issues.
• Maintenance and upgrades of all the IT equipment, such as Server, PC, monitor, printer, communication devices (both wired and wireless) and accessories
• Migrate platforms to the latest Microsoft operating system
• Maximize resources that are under-utilized to increase reliability and centralize administration
• Deploy enterprise-wide business directories to lower administrative costs, coordinate end-user accounts, and reduce development costs
• Monitor health of PCs, servers, and network

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft infrastructure solutions
• Strong knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory
• Citrix-Microsoft Desktop Virtualization Solutions (Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp)
• Cisco WAN/LAN Design, administration, strong understanding of protocols/services and infrastructure
• Background in Exchange 2010/2012 Architecture
• Experience with O365 and Azure
• Knowledge in NetAPP and HP SANs
• Virtualization in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter server, implementing and administering
• Experience and knowledge of storage technologies (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, DeDupe, associated fabric and their application in VMware, database and backup applications)
• Working knowledge in hardware platform including HP Blade Systems
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Demonstrates successful proposal experience including developing and presenting technical requirements based on business requirements
• Excellent communication skills (Bilingual in English & Korean preferred)

IT Helpdesk / Jr. System Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in system administration
• Basic understanding of insurance goals and practices
• Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills (Bilingual in English & Korean preferred)

IT Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Create back-end development of company applications logic and integration

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or other relevant majors (Bachelor’s) preferred
• 3+ years of .Net programming experience
• High proficiency in development languages: C#, ASP.Net
• High proficiency in database technologies: MSSQL, SQL, Stored Procedures & tuning
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Familiar with Visual studio preferred
• Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Bilingual in English & Korean preferred)
