Job Description for Production Specialist
• Monitors all Daily Production Schedules
• Conducts Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to Plant Manger.
• Implementing economical, quality oriented production processes bearing in mind existing laws, regulations and instructions
• Preparation and monitoring of production job process on new/old line set-up
• Ensures availability of materials / support required to process imminent daily production jobs
• Deals with administrative tasks relating to job process (collecting, monitoring and analyzing production data results)
• Maintains Department supplies / order request
• Ensure department maintains all lean manufacturing, 6 S and quality standards.
• Supports/ Helps all Department managers on special tasks, or jobs.
• Follows / Adheres to all company policies and procedures within the Handbook
• Ensures Specialist/ Supervisor / Team Leaders are adequately trained
• Ensure Correct Data , paperwork , and Analysis are completed daily by office Staff
