Responsibilities:
– Prepares a wide variety of correspondence, reports and other documents
– Manages meeting interactions, including scheduling, agendas, facilities, schedules, and other logistics
– Have customer service skills
– Keeps executives informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concerns.
– Successfully interacts with management and other departments within the organization.
– Maintain appointment calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel for the
executives
– Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information and participates in regular and special projectsSalary: $40K-50K
Requirements:
– High school diploma required; college degree preferred
– Must be fluent in both English and Korean
