Job Description
Söoryen Technologies is looking for a front-end developer with 2-5 years of experience who will be working at client-site. We are looking for super-stars to work with cutting edge technologies and develop awesome user experiences. This role will include design, code, QA, install, document, and maintain a variety of websites. Applicants must have a good communication skills and should be able to occasionally travel to Brooklyn NY, and Oradell, NJ.

Qualifications/Skills
• 2+ years of web development experience
• 1 year of eCommerce experience preferred but not required
• Good communication skill preferred.
• Strong Experience in developing rich client functionality with good knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery.
• Excellent HTML, CSS, and cross-browser layout skills and knowledge, experience of the full web technology stack
• Passion for developing, releasing, and maintaining large-scale web applications. Project management skills (maintaining ticketing systems like Jira) is a plus
• Experience in usability/interface design, UI/UX knowledge for mobile and tablet is a plus
• Tremendous attention to detail and an ability to build reliable, scalable, and flexible software
• Comfortable working with a team (Scrum method and client facing)
• Ability to solve problems and lead a team
• Confidence learning new languages and platforms
• Experience working with GIT and source/version control
• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Computer Science or relevant field of study
• Reliable transportation & travel required

Responsibilities
• Hands on development and testing
• Production support
• Create Proof-of-Concepts using new technologies
• Identify new technologies that improve product development and end user experience
• Work and communicate with clients and have ownership of the work.
