Business Analyst
Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be a vital link between the business requirement and our Web system implementation by supporting and analyzing the business process, testing and executing deployment tasks of our system features.Responsibilities:
– Define business requirements with communicating with business users
– Help to design, document and maintain system process
– Communicate key insights and findings to system development team
– Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendation to system development team
– Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business users
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree required
– Bilingual in Korean and English required
– 2+ years of business operation experience for Logistics
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Experience in writing SQL queries (optional)Preferred experience:
– Experience in data analyzing and system troubleshooting
– Experience in Sales and Distribution business process operation with SAP2. Desktop Support
Summary:
This is a support role in IT and has experience specifically with Windows operating systems in the corporate environment.Responsibilities:
• Serving as initial point of contact for internal applications, hardware, mobile and remote technology
• Logging, categorizing and actioning all incoming ticket activity in the Helpdesk Ticketing system
• Following up on any outstanding issues with customers regarding status and closure of incidents/requests
• Provide VIP Support for Executives
• Manage user accounts updates, password resets
• Troubleshooting and resolve all hardware, software and network problems
• Escalate issues to third level support teams
• Document procedures, FAQs, and inventory of assets
• Must be willing to travel up to 10 % of time
Qualifications:
• Strong working knowledge of core applications including Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Imaging Software, SCCM and Active Directory
• Experience with Helpdesk ticket tracking software and knowledge of remote desktop support tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined SLA’s
• Be able to work as a team member
• Android mobile experience on corporate environment
• Mac experience on corporate environment is a plusRequirements:

The Microsoft System Administrator is primarily responsible for day-to-day IT service desk; managing all Microsoft related projects and services. This Senior Level resource is responsible for the delivery of comprehensive, customer-driven IT services to an enterprise-class business environment. The Microsoft System Administrator is a member of a dedicated, high performing team of IT professionals providing 24 x 7 support to a fast-paced, international business organization. Availability required to participated in troubleshooting emergency events 24/7/365.Responsibilities:
• Basic operation of network
• Architect and manage new projects and deployment of infrastructure
• Operation of Windows systems (Windows 2008, 2012, 2016)
• Daily operations such as monitoring, modification settings, etc
• OS installation
• Hyper-V Operation
• Patching servers
• Performance tuning both physical and virtual
• Operations of 3-tier systems
• WEB : IIS 7.0 – 8.0
• WAS : Tomcat / Weblogic
• DB : MSSQL 2008 – 2014
• Operation of Windows OS / Data backup (using Backup Exec or CommVault or vDP)
• Provide support for application team regarding Windows OS
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide internal documentation for daily operation
• Participate in project review meetings as needed.
• Work in a team environment and foster open communication to ensure knowledge transfer to team members.
• Participate in on-call after-hours coverage in case of emergency issue arises.Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience with Windows OS (Windows 2008 – 2016)
• 3+ years of experience design, maintain and support a multi-site, high-availability Microsoft operating systems
• 3+ years of experience performing regular maintenance to ensure the system is secure, healthy, and fully redundant
• 2+ years of experience with back up for Windows OS (knowledge of Backup Exec / CommVault / vDP backup solution is plus)
• Provide leadership and recommendations on improving overall IT systems and infrastructure with a particular focus on Microsoft Operating Systems
• Investigate and utilize Microsoft services to improve business operations or streamline business processes
• Basic Knowledge of ITIL (Change Management, Process Management, etc)
• Physical requirements – must be able to lift 40 pounds
