    · Excellent organizational and communication skills
    · Ability to prioritize and handle deadlines in a positive manner
    · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

    [Responsibilities]
    · Responsible for new employee set-up as well as processing payroll timely and accurately using an a payroll system
    · Data entry/filing/organizing, responding to and resolving payroll inquiries/issues
    · Perform administrative work, including maintaining files and sorting mail for the HR dept.
    · ​Maintain all HR records
