    Job Duties and Requirements

    Architect (2-3years experience)

    We are looking for a person who can speak English, Korean, and Spanish well.
    Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
    • Experience in the organization, production, and review of design drawing packages, project scheduling, permit process, and construction administration
    Technical skills demonstrating an understanding of building systems and a working knowledge of the CA Building Code
    • Participate in all phases of the design process.
    • Develops solutions for design problems including code compliance and agency interface.
    • Coordinates specifications and drawings including consultant coordination, works affecting budget, construction costs, schedule, and legal/liability related issues for the projects
    • Coordinates QA/QC processes and implements QA/QC recommendations.
    • Experience in the organization, production, and review of design drawing packages, presentation materials, project scheduling, cost analysis research, and construction administration
    • Ability to work with other team members to provide thoughtful design solutions, participate in public agency approvals, code research, specification skills, and knowledge of current construction practices
    • Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills for conducting or assisting in client and consultant meetings
    • Actively seeking licensure, if not already licensed to practice in the State of California

    PROJECT MANAGER
    We are looking for a person who can speak English ,Korean, and Spanish well.
    •Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management, Civil engineer, Architectural Degree preferred).
    •Senior PM: at least 5 years’ experience managing residential and commercial construction projects.
    • Junior PM: 2-3 years managing residential construction projects.
    •Knowledge of project operations and construction processes.
    •Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
    •Solid & capable of understanding of building processes and systems.
    •Driver’s License and ability to travel throughout all areas of construction sites during all phases of a project.
    •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,Project.
    • Meet and coordinate with realtors, architects, and engineers for the project.
    •Field-facing resource for all subcontract labor needs including recruitment, onboarding, usage and quality control.
    •Works with field teams to ensure best pricing for both labor and materials needed.
    •Interfaces with several function teams, including material procurement.
    •Management of all project team members (senior project engineer, Project engineers,
    Superintendents, and Field office coordinator).
    •Cost Control/Billings/Collections/Change Management/cash flows/Monthly Status
    Monitoring.
    •Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects.
    •Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
    – Maintaining schedule and calendar for current bids in progress
    – Daily subcontractor calls/emails to track progress
    – General administration duties
    – RFI’s and Submittals
    – Prepare detailed material take offs from drawing
    – Identify materials and submittal requirements
    – Maintain vendor packets and qualifications
    – Requests for pricing, load price changes
    – Revising/updating features lists
    – Updating projects vendor lists
    – Pricing and distributing design changes
    – Keeping all plans updated and in stock
    – New project product binders
    – Process purchase orders for the Purchasing Dept.
    – Prepare bid packages

    SUPERINTENDENT

    We are looking for a person who can speak English ,Korean, and Spanish well.
    • 5 to 10 years of field experience in Residential new construction
    • Read architectural & engineering drawings, Purchase Material
    • Strong background in foundations, framing and finish carpentry
    • Framing, High-end finish work, Install windows, doors and hardware, Install millwork and custom cabinets.
    • Experience managing the work flow of other carpenters and subcontractors
    • Broad experience in all phases of a project, able to manage other trades work
    • Field Coordination: provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the on-site staff and to promote a positive project morale
    • Field Scheduling: guarantee the project meets committed timeline
    • Quality Control: ensure quality craftsmanship in line with ethical practices
    • Cleanup & safety: ensure a safe and clean work environment
    • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project
    • Valid Driver’s License, truck and tools.

    FOREMAN CARPENTER
    •At least 5 years of field experience in custom residential new construction
    • Strong background in foundations, framing and finish carpentry
    • Read architectural & engineering drawings
    • Framing, High-end finish work, Install windows, doors and hardware, Install millwork and custom cabinets.
    • Experience managing the work flow of other carpenters and subcontractors
    • Broad experience in all phases of a project, able to manage other trades work
    • Valid Driver’s License, truck and tools/clear driving record preferred.
    Effective communication skills

    PLUMBER
    • At least 5 years of field experience in residential new construction
    • Prior plumbing and drain cleaning experience/exposure is a plus! Or Construction/Mechanical B/G.
    • Read architectural & engineering drawings
    • Apply basic Plumbing and construction principles and practices to solve design, development and modification problems with parts, assemblies provided.
    •Assist with loading materials, digging trenches, pulling wire, and other various tasks needed to complete project.
    •Applicant must have reliable transportation
    • Position requires plumbing hand tools.
    •Ability to work with hands, multi-task.
    • Advanced plumbing knowledge required.
    • Valid Driver’s License, truck and tools/clear driving record preferred.

    ELECTRICIAN
    •At least 5 years of field experience in residential new construction
    • Apply basic electrical and construction principles and practices to solve design, development and modification problems with parts, assemblies provided.
    • Read architectural & engineering drawings
    • Fulfill daily commitments and stay on project schedule as directed by job-site foreman.
    • Assist with loading materials, digging trenches, pulling wire, and other various tasks needed to complete project.
    • Know, follow and hold others accountable to the safety policy, program and training
    • Trouble shoots most common electrical systems including, but not limited to, services, feeders, and branch circuits.
    • Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codes.
    • Applicant must have reliable transportation
    • Position requires electrical hand tools.
    • Advanced electrical knowledge required.
    • Valid Driver’s License, truck and tools/clear driving record preferred.

    OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
    • Eligible to work in the United States
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Setup job folders and maintain job cost tracking in projects and related documentation
    • Responsible for purchasing and vendor relations activities
    •Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
    •Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Quick books
