IT Administrator/Help Desk
Seeking individual with high energy and motivation to join our team. We are looking for a well-rounded IT Administrator/Help Desk primarily responsible for our New Jersey headquarters. We provide total HR consulting services to a robust clientele ranging from medium-sized businesses to the Global Fortune 500 companies across various industries in the US and Korea.
Essential Duties:
• Telephone, email, remote and onsite support to end users on issues that include account administration, data security, software installations and “How To” questions.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems reported in a timely manner.
• Documents all reported problems and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution according to approved Service Level Agreements.
• Use knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures towards the diagnosis and resolution of operating system (i.e., Windows 10, 7), supported software and hardware as well as network access issues for remote and local end users.
Skills and certifications
• Experience with Windows 10, Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot various software packages.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Thorough knowledge of wide area networking and Internet access and usage
