Role(s): Must understand and oversee all aspects of auto manufacturing plant operations. Job responsibilities include: production planning, report plant status, tracking plant key performance indicators (KPIs), and setting yearly business plans/goals, etc.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create reports and meeting presentations (in English and Korean)
• Track overall plant operation status (KPIs, production results, business plans, etc.) and report to HQ.
• Calculate and gather plant’s monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.
• Process daily and weekly material resource planning (MRP, set daily/weekly production material requirements).
• Process OEM Chargeback Claims due to downtime, part defects, or etc.
• Maintain and update contractor worker headcount.
• Calculate payment for services based on vehicles produced per month.
• Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations or related field
• Bilingual in Korean
• PC literate, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
