한국대기업 미국해외법인에서 Application S/W 개발경험이 있으면 현재 운영중인 그로벌 시스템의 현지 운영 인터페이스를 지원하는 한국어 영어가 가능한 분을 찾습니다.
자격이 되면 면접후 바로 시작을하고 1년단위 컨트렉계약입니다.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide initial level technical support including diagnostics and training
• Answer & manage support tickets, gather user requirements and recreate bugs
• Diagnose and identify solutions to resolve daily system issues
• Reading and understanding system code for trouble shooting.
• Update, repair, and modify system configuration settings.
• Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved (QA)
• Prepare documentations for the system changes & enhancements
• Monitor & support system maintenance and administration
• Coordinate system changes with overseas development team

Requirements & Experience:
• Degree in Computer science / IT / engineering or Equivalent work experience in managing IT systems / coordinating IT projects
• Experience with Web Application system operation (Java, DB2)
• Korean and English bilingual (overseas development resource is in Korea)
