CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Plan, Develop, identify, and qualify new business development opportunities through strategic prospecting planning.
o Identifying market trends and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
o Develop, write, and present the value proposition for Pantos US services to potential new business customers.
o Qualifying and initiating contract with potential customers
o Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to prospective customers to close the deal and earn their business.
o Prepare and lead contract negotiations for new business.
o Coordinate with the business implementation team for implementation of the client solution.
o Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

REQUIREMENTS:
o Bilingual capability in Korean and English is a must
o College degree
o Strong understanding of logistics/transportation (trucking & brokerage) industry.
o Previous minimum sales experience of 3-5 years.
o Substantial knowledge of Logistics operation (3P Biz. / W&D) as well as transportation procedures and regulations in US.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills in order to offer solutions to customer needs & resolve any problems to customer satisfaction.
o Must have proven track record in sales for logistics and transportation.
o Knowledge of Department of Transportation & the requirement of transportation preferred but not required.
o Travel is required at least 50~75% of the time.
o Intermediate computer skills (excel, PPT, word, outlook)
o Must have a valid driver’s license
o Be able to travel to other states and foreign countries

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000/ year (plus incentive)
