    TITLE: Logistics Sales Manager
    JOB LOCATION: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
    POSITION TYPE: Full-time/Regular
    SALARY : Base + Incentives

    Our client company provides logistics services. It offers storage, unloading, distribution processing, transportation/delivery, home appliances delivery and installation, import logistics, service parts logistics, and trucking services.

    OVERALL JOB SUMMARY:

    The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the business development efforts and will focus on customers with a large logistics/transportation spend. This role emphasizes aggressively establishing new relationships and generating revenue growth; therefore, this position will be responsible for developing and executing action plans that will lead to successful signing of new business contracts. As a logistics sales manager, you will have an integral role in our clients company to expand its 3PL & Transportation business.

    CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, Develop, identify, and qualify new business development opportunities through strategic prospecting planning.
    • Identifying market trends and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
    • Develop, write, and present the value proposition for the Company to potential new business customers.
    • Qualifying and initiating contract with potential customers
    • Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to prospective customers to close the deal and earn their business.
    • Prepare and lead contract negotiations for new business.
    • Coordinate with the business implementation team for implementation of the client solution.
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bilingual capability in Korean and English
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Strong understanding of logistics/transportation (trucking& brokerage) industry.
    • Previous minimum sales experience of 3-5 years.
    • Substantial knowledge of Logistics operation (3P Biz. / W&D) as well as transportation procedures and regulations in US.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in order to offer solutions to customer needs & resolve any problems to
    customer satisfaction.
    • Must have proven track record in sales for logistics and transportation.
    • Knowledge of Department of Transportation& the requirement of transportation preferred but not required.
    • Travel is required at least 50~75% of the time.
    • Intermediate computer skills (excel, PPT, word, outlook)
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Be able to travel to other states and foreign countries
