Job Description

Participate in full aspect of software development life-cycle
Support and ensure SOX, ITIL, security compliance within the IT infrastructure
Initiate and collaborate with planning processes related to web/mobile technologies
Ensure that IT project supports are delivered in a timely manner within accompanying budget and minimal risks
Meet with clients to identify project details (requirements, enhancements, maintenance, etc.)
Assist as necessary with all documentation relevant to projects
Coach/montor other developers and HISNA team resources as needed ; Provide leadership with project necessities
Provide ad-hoc support as needed
Qualifications

5-7 years of related experience in Web Production/Technology and deployments
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical fields
Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solution architecture for large and complex systems
5+ years of hands-on JAVA/JEE experience in development
5+ years of hands-on experience with Java/JSP/JDBC, XML, Struts, and Spring framework
5+ years experience with developing applications and using database tech (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc)
Ability to interact effectively with users on project-related matters, translating technical ideas into non-technical terms without sacrificing the quality of information
Object Oriented Design and Programming, J2EE applications, tier components, Java/J2EE design patterns and web services/applications
Open Source Java Programming experience with JQuery, AJAX, with Java on WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat application servers (Linux)
Service Oriented Architecture, Distributed Computing, Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Design Patterns, MVC Frameworks and executing n-Tier application experience
Extensive technical experience with web and mobile technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to motivate team members
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Web Technology vendors (Oniture, Akamai, CMS: Interwoven, DAM: MediaBin, Veracode/Whitehat, etc.)
Attention to detail and ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
Bilingual Korean-English is required
