Our team of US-based consultants provide comprehensive guardianship and boarding life consulting services in the New England area for students attending junior and senior boarding schools.

We specialize in equipping students with the necessary skills, knowledge and mind-set for an effective application process – getting in, as well as a seamless assimilation into a new environment to excel both inside and outside the classroom – getting ahead. We function as the bridge between families and schools to identify the most authentic and suitable fit for both.

Job description

We are seeking a Boston-based Junior Consultant who’s passionate about teaching and mentoring students, and looking for a full-time position with travel opportunities to China.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Assist Partner/Senior Consultants on teaching and mentoring students.

· Pay frequent visits to assigned schools to tutor and mentor students on both academic and life matters.

· Maintain frequent communication with schools/teachers for students.

· Maintain frequent communication with parents to inform, update and advise.

· Work flexible hours based on school schedules and on-going programs.

Desired Requirements

· Excellent language and communication skills in both English. Chinese is a plus.

· Valid US driver’s license and solid driving record.

· Proven expertise and teaching/mentoring experience. At least 2+ years teaching/mentoring.

· Detailed-oriented and organized to keep track of student progress.

· Ability to take ownership as an educator and mentor.

· Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills. Marketing experiences a plus.
