    Established in 1986 in Long Island City, NY, we are a leading supplier of electrical and plumbing products in the greater NY/NJ area. We also extensively service and supply products throughout the United States, as well as internationally.

    Job Functions & Responsibilities:
    – Answer and direct phone calls
    – Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person
    – Provide general admin duties including typing, filing, faxing and mailings
    – Organize files and implement systems for the team
    – Other administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    – High School Diploma or GED required
    – 1-2 years of direct experience in office administration and/or customer service
    – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    – Proficient in using web browsers, Microsoft and Outlook
    – Punctuality, dependability and integrity
