1. Senior Accountant
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
• Preparation of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses
• Financial Statements Preparation
• Clients’ book review & reconciliation
• Handles federal, state and local tax audits
• Sales Tax Return preparation
• Performs complex tax research
• Supervise staff accountants
• Assists accounting and consulting staff members in client meetings
• Analyzes IRS notices and drafts responses
• Reviews IRS notice responses prepared by other tax personnel
• Represent clients before government agencies
• Responsible for clients’ inquiriesQualification:
• Minimum of 2 years in public accounting experience
• Experience in tax preparation
• Accounting major preferred
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Korean)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
• Solid interpersonal/communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the US2. Staff Accountant
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
• Data entry – Monthly bank and credit card transaction
• Monthly reconciliations
• Monthly bank and credit card transaction
• Enter payroll data from reports
• Posting journal entries
• Filing & organizing documents
• Other miscellaneous documents upon request
• Sales TaxQualification:
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Korean)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
• Solid interpersonal/communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the US3. Front Desk
Job Descriptions:
• Answering & Directing calls and greeting all visitors
