Type of Work: Full TimePosition – Operations & Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
• Work closely with senior management, marketing and IT to help define the company’s strategy in launching new mobile services and selling marketing solutions B2B by taking the lead in establishing new relationships, contacts and partnerships.
• Identify and target new business partnership opportunities within the retail industry.
• Contact the decision makers in targeted companies. Develop partnership through frequent communication, meetings and networking
• Present business proposals, close deals and negotiate contract with clients and partner companies
• Coordinate joint co-marketing efforts with partner companies to increase sales for company’s mobile service Cultivate relationships with clients and partners to develop new business and/or expand on existing business relationships
• Identify client needs and provide ongoing support
• Coordinate preparation of business proposals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing material, as required.
• Represent company at tradeshow and other industry meetings, coordinating follow up on contacts and leads made at the shows.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience forging relationships with senior level management
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and negotiating skills
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial self starter and quick learner
• Prior experience in retail or foodservice industry is considered a plus, but not required.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Position – Lease Admin/Specialist
Responsible for performing lease processing duties and general admin that supports and assist in the growth of successful operations.Preferred Qualifications:

• Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, rental agreements, leases, and sales agreements
• Deal with the landlords/managements for the store leasing contract matters and all other lease related work for all stores
• Leasing and Administration work for a company owned building
• Regular reporting to owners
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned per management
