Business Coordinator Job Duties
• Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts between the company and contractors
• Represents company in events, conferences, etc
• Reports to Project Managers and assists with planning, organizing and executing meetings and various business events
• Assists Construction Manager with coordination for the construction of manufacturing facilities
• Coordinates travel options for business trips both for contractors and upper level staffs
• Assists with basic administrative and HR related duties

Business Coordinator Requirements/Qualification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Background in Commerce, Engineering and/or Science is an assets
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
