Oh Pharmaceutical is in the process of constructing its first cGMP manufacturing facility in Crown Point, IN and plans to expand its market in US, Canada, Europe and South America.
Office Administrator Job Duties
• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases on the construction of facility
• Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
• Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts between the company and contractors
• Works closely with accountant and assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
• Prepares monthly budget tables and is responsible for managing banking, payrolls and taxes
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
• Assists with basic administrative and HR related dutiesOffice Administrator Requirements/Qualification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Background in Accounting or Commerce is an assets
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
