Position Summary:
The primary objectives of the position includes administering, overseeing, and troubleshooting IT software and hardware, including computers, networks, servers, and other equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Install and/or upgrade hardware and software on servers/clients
• Administer Servers (Active directory, Exchange}, EMC, Cisco Network, and telephony systems
• Troubleshoot Computers and Software Issues
• Analyze root cause of problems and establish prevention measures
• Perform regular full and incremental back up of all systems and servers
• Research, develop, test, and implement new networking functions, technologies, applications and/or systems
• Research, develop, execute policies and procedures necessary to maintain efficient operations of the current system and networks

Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Systems
• 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Hands on experience with Windows Server 2008 or higher and Exchange 2010 or higher (Active Directory and Group Policy of Server, Configurations of Exchange)
• Virtualization technologies (VMware preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows7 and Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 and general desktop support issues
• Understanding of network system and technologies
• Knowledge of EMC SAN and NAS storage devices
• Good Verbal/written communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
