– Experience and Requirements
o Knowledge of Air express cargo (Entry or Experience) or freight forward
o Customer service experience in logistics industry preferred
o Ability to prioritize and execute daily tasks
o Coordinates well with team members
o Bilingual : Korean/English
o Communication skills combined with customer service skills
o Basic computer skills (MS Office : Excel, Outlook, ETC)
o Must be eligible to work in the United States
