    Job description :
    The Customer Quality Engineer requires a heavy interaction with the customer, Seoyon’s manufacturing sites and across different functional groups to solve field issues in a rapid and cost effective manner. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of automotive systems, automotive manufacturing processes, and quality systems background and business acumen to work with automotive customers.

    This role will play a key role in the various improvement initiatives in North America and serve as the voice of the customer. This role is expected to actively seek continuous improvement activities for recurring field issues to minimize / eliminate complaints. Serve as the bridge between customers and various manufacturing sites. This role is open for entry level applicants.

    Candidates will primarily work in Montgomery, Alabama area.

    Qualifications:
    – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering field.
    – Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    – Must be proficient in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint

    – Customer Relationship Building
    – Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally with customers
    – Ability to travel 50%+
    – Basic understanding of automotive systems

    Requirements : BS degree required, Must speak fluent Korean and English
