• Position Title: Bilingual Korean Technical Service Engineer (Entry Level)

As a Technical Service Engineer, a candidate will be in charge of technical support, developing clients, searching market information, providing solution of the company’s products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provides Technical Service for fabricator or distributor as customers.
• Participates in international technology conference to promote the company’s products.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the management.
• Supports technical response to customers such as oil majors and EPC company for premarketing of energy steel which is supplied for oil and gas industry.
• Analyzes and summarize specification code and regulation.
• Gathers market trends and data, market analysis and forecast, and project searching on regular basis.
• Developments clients in North, Central, and South America for steel sales.
• Searches new business opportunities.
• Handles the inquiry from clients technical documentation or requirements.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage time effectively to accurately complete tasks with competing deadlines.
• Bachelor Degree in Material Science/Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate interest in personal development and education.
• Excellent in problem solving, customer service, oral communication, and written skills.
