IGE (Institute of Global Exchange) is a non-profit-organization that provides students and young adults with dynamic experience and enrichment through cultural and educational exchange between the United States and other countries in the world. The international students and young professionals will acquire and enhance knowledge of their files, understanding of different cultures, and personal intensification while their host organizations or communities will establish the better understanding of different culture and business.

Position: Program Recruiting Coordinator (J1 Visa)
Overall Job Description: The Program Coordinator is responsible for presenting J1 visa program to the community or business groups. The Program Coordinator will assist in selection and hiring program participants for employers.

Essential Functions
 Create, Develop and post job openings on job search websites
 Analyze candidates resume and cover letters
 Source and interview candidates quickly and efficiently
 Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates and host company
 Recruit, interview, and recommend suitable candidates to client companies
 Maintain, organize and update candidate database
 Assist in answering phone calls and emails
 Basic office works

Qualification
 Korean/ English bilingual is a must
 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in related field
 Proficiency in MS Office
 Excellent interpersonal/ networking skills
 Strong communication skills
 Basic understanding of J1 visa process is preferred but not required
