    Our client company has an opening for an HR Generalist in its Fullerton, CA office.

    Job Title: HR Generalist
    Department: Human Resources
    Location: Fullerton, CA

    Job Scope
    – Provide HR administrative support to employees and provide personal administrative support and assistance to production teams.

    Main Responsibilities
    -Provide administrative support to production such as supply ordering, production security management, asset management, employee management, and other business affairs.
    – Manage production staffing agency such as contract management, staffing request, perform as a communication window between the company and the staffing agency.
    – Manage Health & Safety program such as OSHA compliance, injury & illness prevention program management such as fire extinguishing equipment, hazardous materials management, etc.
    – Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
    – File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
    – Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
    – Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
    – Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
    – Interact with external clients such as city, community, fire department, police department, etc.
    – Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
    – Develop and conduct training programs
    – Manage and maintain office environment.
    – Assist with hiring and termination process.
    – Cooperate in managing the company assets, such as machines, construction, landscaping, etc.
    – Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience
    OR
    Associate Degree with 4 years of relevant experience;

    Language Skills:
    Bilingual (English and Korean)

    Other Required Skills:
    Microsoft Office, organized, team player, flexible and adaptable to change, ability to multitask and prioritize key tasks, attention to detail, clerical, communication skills, customer and personal service, knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures, judgment and decision-making ability, initiative, confidentiality.
