Open Position: Customer Service/Sales Associate

Duties/Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to national account buyers through the following:
• Communicating with Shipping on PO shipment status
• Checking inventory, price, and account details in order to process orders
• Communicating clearly with immediate and outside teams, including Accounting, Design, and Production, on all aspects of orders
• Entering purchase orders and other information accurately in systems

Requirements
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook & Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to learn fashion (styles, materials) and account details (routing schedule, transit time, Shipping point person) quickly
• Basic knowledge of Korean language
