Purchasing Admin (Procurement)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Admin to join our company at VECTORNATE USA Inc., in Miami, Florida.
VECTORNATE USA Inc., is a global dynamic company specializing in the creation, marketing and distribution of innovative products. Our product line focuses on the selling top of the line in Water Filtration, Pest Control, and Car Part. Now the products have reached a broad range of customers around the world including Europe, United States, Middle East, South America, Africa and Asia.

Job Description:
• To manage existing and new vendors from Asia, Europe and USA
• To purchase products including water filters, air filters, appliance parts, electrical items, pest control equipment, etc.
• To negotiate pricing with vendors and overseeing whole process of purchasing to arrival of goods to our warehouse.
• To forecast demand based on market demand and communication with sales team.
• To train our sales team for the new products
• To cooperate with different functionalities such as logistics, sales and finance, and also other oversea’s subsidiaries.
• To report to General Manager and CEO of the company
Skills and Experience:
• BS in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or Marketing or Logistics or related fields preferred.
• Must have 2 years’ experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain Management or related area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google are essential
• Must have strong communication skill in English
• Speaking additional language fluently is a plus

Salary:
• We offer basic salary ranged from $30,000 USD to $35,000 USD by candidate’s working experiences and qualifications.
Our office is currently located in Miami. Florida. Our team consists of different nationalities which effectively implement projects and tasks with high synergy and performance.
