Manger / Assistant ManagerSummary
This position is responsible for planning Ocean / Air Inbound & Outbound scheduling based on Production Planning and Warehouse Stock levels.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate urgent container, air freight, replacement parts to prevent part shortages
• Maintain accurate container yard inventory and control container detention
• Ensure export returnable sleeves and totes meet volume targets
• Conduct periodic Yard Equipment and Warehouse audits to prevent part shortages and ensure optimal stock levels
• Manage the daily operations and Key performance Indicators for all yard control team members
• Create counter measures for downtime, accidents / incidents and chargeable claims
• Conduct training for newly implemented processes
• Analyze data to identify and define departmental goals, standard operating procedures, policies, budgets and training processesEducation
4 year degreeExperience
3 to 5 years of Inventory Management Experience
3 to 5 years of Logistics ExperienceKnowledge and Skills
Candidate must have excellent communication skills; speak Korean and English, both verbal and written. Proficient computer skills in applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, database applications helpful but not required; Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time; ability to manage time and self and employees within areas of responsibility.Benefits:
