Job Title: Shipping Supervisor
Functions:
Ensure smooth and efficient operations of shipping department. Responsible for coordinating the activities of employees engaged in material handling, shipping, storage and transportation.

Responsibilities:
•provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services
•perform daily inventory checks
•preparing various reports
•assist in the development of printing services when needed
•manage and supervise team members
•become familiar with the various company contracts in order to provide better service and products
•perform other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
•previous warehouse experience preferred
•excellent verbal and written communication skill
•willing to perform various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
•must have proficient computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, typing
•must be flexible, embraces change and adjust quickly to work demands
•valid driver’s license
•proficiency in English and Korean language required
