Job Title: SCM Manager

Position Summary

Our client company is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to assist in our company as a SCM Manager. The SCM Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the container export business at our client company. This position is responsible for managing competitive supply channels for container trading and will also perform duties related to grain origination.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategies for grain container export business expansion
· Develop competitive supply channels for container trading
· Originate sources for grains/oilseeds/feeds from North America (soybean, corn, wheat, meal, DDGS, CGM, etc)
· Evaluate grain suppliers based on variety of filters including pricing, client satisfaction, reputation, etc
· Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required (Logistics or Business degree preferred)
· 3-5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

· Logistics/Supply Chain background
· Effective organizational and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and work within required deadlines
· Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Bilingual in Korean strongly preferred
